Common requests

Puzzle bugs: if a link opens an empty grid or scores a guess strangely, send the link and what you expected. The scoring rules are the standard green/yellow/gray set, and edge cases — repeated letters especially — are exactly the reports worth getting.

Feature ideas: the roadmap follows how people actually puzzle. Recurring requests get built first; recent candidates include per-letter hint reveals and a puzzle-per-day classroom mode.

Privacy questions: no accounts, no uploads, no tracking of puzzle contents — the privacy page has the full picture.

Puzzle ideas are welcome too

The seven puzzle ideas on the maker page came from users: name days, pet names, treasure-hunt clues. If your group invented a routine worth stealing, describe it in two lines and it may join the maker page with credit to your first name.

Reporting a scoring dispute

If a tile looked wrong, send the link plus the guess: repeated-letter scoring is deterministic and testable, so every dispute has a definitive answer, and a real bug gets fixed in the next build. Disputes between friends over whether a yellow was fair are also accepted, though we warn you: the machine is usually right.

Mail is read daily and most replies go out within a few days.
